The tube-type backwash filter allows us to see that the original sewage disposal can also be very simple. This equipment is a very novel sewage treatment equipment. It has many advantages and can prevent the defects of traditional filters. The cost of sewage treatment of backwash filters is also very reasonable, and it is more suitable for sewage treatment than traditional filters.
The backwash filter is very sensitive and can be operated under aerobic and anaerobic conditions. It can be used alone or in multiple steps. The installation has the function of filtering raw water and actively cleaning and discharging filter elements, and the system continuously supplies water when cleaning sewage. Compared with traditional filters, this installation has a high degree of initiative, large disposal capacity, self-cleaning and sewage discharge, discontinuous water supply, and universal use of the same appearance.
1. The filter standard should match the installation pipeline. When the filter flow cannot meet the pipeline request, two (or more) filters can be installed in parallel or side by side.
2. The filter should be installed in the center of the system to be maintained as far as possible. Use low inlet pressure, so install it near the pressure source.
3. The filter should be installed in series in the pipeline system. In order to ensure discontinuous water supply during downtime maintenance, it is recommended to set a bypass in the system, and the filter ball valve should be set at the inlet, outlet and bypass of the filter. If backflow is possible, a check valve should be installed at the filter outlet.
4. When choosing a model, pay attention to the temperature of the water flowing through the self-cleaning filter does not exceed its compliance temperature.
5. There are three-phase 380V power frequency AC (three-phase four-wire system) at the installation site. The sewage pipe should not exceed 5 meters to prevent back pressure.
6. DC system should pay attention to filtering accuracy, pre-treatment, pressure matters and intermittent matters.
7. Reasonably choose the device environment, pay attention to waterproof, rain and moisture.
