An important element in designing filters is the driving force. The driving force source can be gravity, suction, positive pressure or applied centripetal force. The filter used is a metal wire mesh and plain weave. The filtering mechanism of the filter screen includes interception, inertia, diffusion, sedimentation, and hydrodynamic effects. Among them, the main effect is the interception effect under the initial conditions of filtration, which determines the filtration efficiency.
