When the pressure difference or the operating time reaches a preset value, first close the group of raw oil inlet valves, and then quickly open The hard-sealed backwash valve uses the filtered net filtrate from the top of the filter to the bottom of the filter to form a squeezing stream to remove the filter cake on the outside of the filter element. All the removed filter cake is drained to the sewage oil line. After all the 5 groups in the column are backwashed again, close the drain valve to resume the normal filtering process and then backwash the other 3 columns in turn.
The above-mentioned water quality is relatively complicated, and the distribution of large particle impurities and small particle impurities is very uneven.
