① Device:
In order to ensure the filtering efficiency of the filter separator, the end face of the filter element must be pressed when the device is installed. The pressing force must be not less than 0.15MPa. The end cap is in contact with the rubber pad of the filter element and is flat.
② Application:
In order to ensure filtration accuracy, it is recommended to stop cleaning and changing when the working pressure difference reaches 0.05Ma.
③ Cleaning:
When the filter separator reaches the filter element and changes the pressure difference, the cleaning of the filter element is stopped to extend the service life of the filter element. Cleaning method: rinse with pressure water from the inside out.
④ Replace:
Because the cleaning can only remove the dust particles on the surface of the filter core, and the dust particles entering the filter layer cannot be cleaned under the pressure difference, so the filter should be stopped and replaced after 12 times.

The coal seam filter is designed for coal seam gas containing impurities such as fly ash and iron filings. However, the personnel of the gas gathering station need to change the filter element frequently, which increases the workload and operating cost and needs further improvement. It is suggested to integrate the filter into the compressor skid to form a compressor suitable for coal seam gas gathering and transportation, which is used in all coal seam gas construction. The failure rate and trade measurement error of the external metering flowmeters at each gas gathering station have also been greatly reduced. The use effect is better in Fanzhuang block, so Zhengzhuang's 900 million m² capacity construction design has been perfected and applied. All in all, the coalbed methane filter is a newly developed energy source. At present, various blocks are being vigorously developed, and the coalbed methane filter will have a broader application prospect.
