The coalescer mainly uses the two types of filter elements contained in it to coalesce and separate materials such as water and alkali contained in the medium (not limited to diesel oil). Generally, it includes the separation filter element and the coalescing filter element; the coalescing filter element is demulsified by filtering, The coalescence and sedimentation process can coalesce the small water droplets in the medium to be dehydrated, and the large water droplets can be used. Then, the water-repellent property of the separation filter element using the separation filter element is used to block water outside the filter element and then remove the water in the medium. The simple point of the dehydrator is to let the water of small molecules coalesce into water of large molecules and then remove it from C4. The structure is also a filter element, nothing special. 1. Parting water coalescer in oil
The coalescer is equipped with two filter elements with different functions, a coalescing filter element and a separation filter element. The medium to be dehydrated enters the housing from the inlet of the filter separator. When the liquid passes through the filter element containing the special coalescing medium, the liquid flows from the inside of the coalescing filter element to the outside, and the emulsification is carried out through four processes: filtration, demulsification and coalescence. The liquid is demulsified, and the small water drops after demulsification are aggregated into large water drops and settle to the bottom of the shell.
Some small water droplets that have time to settle in the future flow with the liquid to the separation filter element. The separation filter element is made of special materials and has outstanding hydrophobic properties. 2. Oil separator in water
