Working principle 1. The manual butterfly is opened in normal working state, that is, the plane of the valve plate is parallel to the axis of the filter cylinder, (the wrench is also parallel to the axis of the cylinder). At this time, the water flow directly enters the inside of the filter cylinder from the inlet. It is discharged through the outlet after being filtered by a strainer.
2. In the backwash working state, the manual butterfly is closed, that is, the plane of the valve plate is perpendicular to the axis of the filter cylinder. (At this time, the wrench rotates 90 degrees perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder to open the drain valve. At this time, the water flows from the inlet to the front of the filter cylinder. Because the butterfly valve is closed, the water flow is blocked by the valve plate, and can only enter the outside of the filter cartridge from the front mesh, and mostly flow out from the outlet, and then recoil from the mesh at the rear of the filter into the mesh cartridge, so as to reach the outside of the filter. The purpose of the impurities adhered to the inner wall of the mesh cylinder. However, because the drain outlet is opened, the pressure of the water discharged from the rear part of the filter cartridge is reduced, so a local water impurity and sewage are discharged from the drain outlet.
