The main components of brush-type self-cleaning filters are: motor, electric control box, control pipeline, main assembly, filter element assembly, 316L stainless steel brush, frame assembly, transmission shaft, inlet and outlet connection flanges, etc. Self-cleaning brush-type self-cleaning filters overcome many shortcomings of traditional filtration products, such as small amount of dirt, easy to be blocked by dirt, filtering parts that need to be disassembled and cleaned, and unable to monitor the status of the brush-type self-cleaning filters. The function of cleaning and draining the filter element, and the system continuously supplies water during cleaning and draining, can monitor the working status of the brush self-cleaning filter, and has a high degree of automation. Covers the requirements of various filtering accuracy from 10um to 3000um.
Brush self-cleaning filter:
1. Filtered liquid flows from the inlet, the strip-shaped scraper is closely attached to the external surface of the filter element, the liquid flows outward from the external surface of the filter element through the filter, impurities are trapped on the internal and external surfaces, and the liquid flows out of the outlet; Over time, impurities gradually increase, and the pressure difference rises. Clean the filter according to the set pressure difference or timing.
2. In the cleaning state, the brush is driven by the motor to perform horizontal rotation to clean the filter. When the wiper rotates, the impurities are removed by the brush and flow down the filter to the bottom of the brush-type self-cleaning filter. Each cleaning consists of several strokes. After the surface of the filter is cleaned, the filtering ability is restored. A brush-type self-cleaning filter is used. It is filtered normally during cleaning, and the flow does not stop.
3. Sewage state After multiple cleaning cycles, impurities accumulate to a certain amount, the sewage valve is opened regularly to discharge waste liquid containing high concentration impurities, and if necessary, it can be recovered.
